Are you new to solo travel? I know exactly how you feel, I’ve been there to.
Someone once told me to remember nervousness feels very similar to excitement.
So whenever I feel the nerves kick in I remind myself it’s excitement. If all else fails I do my Yoga Breathing and Meditation and do it anyway.
